  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Milky white dispersion. It is a Styrene Acrylic Copolymer
based on styrene and acrylic monomers.

 PRODUCT APPLICATION

It has wide usage in the paint industry. It is used to manufacture emulsion based paints  also used for roof and water proofing applications.

 PRODUCT CHARACTARISTICS

Viscosity @25º C by Brookfield spindle No.6, rpm 20  40 – 60 PS   Solid Contents 50+ 2 % pH 8.5 -9.5 Specific Gravity 1.04 -1.1 Setting and Drying Time Moderately Fast. Base Monomer  Styrene / Butyl Acrylate Particle Size         0.01 to 0.05 microns. Minimum film forming temperature   4 -5º C    Unreacted Monomer   0.03% Max. % Elongation of the film   500 -600 %

  COMPATIBILITY AND DILUENT

Cellulose derivatives and solution of PVA.	Compatible.
Emulsifiers and fungicides	Compatible.
Clay chalk and micronised silica	Compatible.
Diluent	Water free from iron salts and  bacteria

 SHELF LIFE

Eight months from the date of manufacturing under the shade and away from the sunlight.
